"Many of the guest of the 5 star hotels a bit further away couldn't get to the haram due to the roadblocks and traffic, but with Elaf Ajyad the cart was consistent and of too full and you are young enough then you can take the stairs a bit further up the road"

The location was super convenient. It was close to al-haram! the staff were also very helpful. They upgraded my room to a suite! breakfast was good. The menu had many fresh options.

the staff was polite. rooms had good air conditioning. the location is close to the haram. toiletries provided were satisfactory. the staff spoke well. the receptionist was cute and professional. i had a good experience with turki and ahmed, who were very attentive.
the walk to the haram is very long and uphill. coming back to the hotel is very hard. there is a buggy service available, but the uphill walk remains challenging.
